RPMI is used for the cultivation of human and animal lymphocytes. RPMI-1640 was originally designed for suspension and monolayer cultures from human leukaemia cells. It is an enriched medium and a modification of RPMI 1630. Our RPMI is available with or without L-glutamine, with stable L-glutamine substitutes and with HEPES buffer.
