Besides serum from calves, Tico Europe delivers serum from other animals. Horse Serum (HS) is often used as an alternative to Calf Serum. HS is characterized by a low content of haemoglobin and fatty acids. In addition, Tico Europe offers Chicken Serum, Goat Serum, Pig Serum and Rabbit Serum. All our serum is obtained from healthy, adult animals.

Lyophilised serum

In order to provide customers with serum which is easier to store and use, Tico Europe has developed a lyophilisation technique, which keeps the performances of the serum in cell culture unchanged. As for frozen serum, sterile filtration is carried out before lyophilisation. This product presentation exists for serum originating from South America.
